Our MidWest whey plant utilizes cold-processed microfiltration, with no added enzymes, acids, or bleaching agents. Less than 1% non-GMO verified sunflower lecithin is added to make Promix Grass-Fed Whey Isolate the easiest and smoothest mixing whey protein isolate.
